Voyages

Voyages was released in 1992 and contains 12 selected “earlier works” composed by Claus between 1987 and 1992.
In his debut album, the listener moves on different journeys:
In addition to the title “Romantic Dreams”, which he wrote for his wife, he describes the tranquility and beauty of the “Jameos del Agua” on Lanzarote in title no 3.
However, the main focus on his musical journeys is on the fascinating Egyptian culture at the time of the pyramids, as well as foreign cultures and outer space.

It is not necessary to travel to all places physically. Instead, we can also send our “spirit” on journeys to the present, past and future and thus also have beautiful and interesting experiences. We regularly accomplish this in our dreams. When awake, among other things, music can take us to those places. Let’s start another journey…
